Hotel a little dirty in the main areas - elevators, hallways, etc... The breakfast area was not clean and kept up. Our room was okay.

Nice hotel but horrible beds

Nice hotel, close to carowinds. Staff wasn’t rude but they were not welcoming either. The beds and pillows are horrible and the AC made loud banging noises all night.

Room was nice but bathroom smelled a little. Overall it was good. Loved the location.

Very nice hotel, close to most attractions and air

Pat, Amelia, and Cecilia, we're all very friendly and professional! ! They made sure our stay was awesome! The hotel was undergoing renovations, but, business was seamlessly taken c are of. Very professional and courteous staff!!

Never lets us down

Very Disappointed

There was construction going on and if I would have known in advance we would not have stayed here. The worked everyday we were there which included Thanksgiving and Sunday. The didn't tell us where not to park so everyday our car was covered in Styrofoam. One day they were working with the boom and bucket right over are car, luckily nothing fell on it. Every morning they started at 9 AM. We could not even relax in our room after breakfast. The noise from the equipment drowned out the TV and forget about taking a little nap. We complained to the front desk and didn't even get an apology just excuses. We have been staying here for at least 4 years. My son lives in the area and we visit every Thanksgiving and a few times during the year. It might be time to find another hotel.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we can not control the outdoor winds when the contractors are sanding the new stucco. To minimize guest inconvenience posted work schedules were Monday-thru Friday 8:30am-6p and 10am-6pm on weekends.

Girls shopping trip

Hotel is under renovations so the front of the hotel doesn’t look good . Parking is limited due to mattresses in the parking lot and lifts . Over all nice hotel with comfortable beds . Our fridge was acting up . The breakfast had good selection . The exit doesn’t have allot of food choice to the hotel . The workers were friendly
