Host was unwelcoming, extremely warm in hallways and elevators. TV remote was not working even with new batteries. Floor in hall and bathroom was tacky/sticky. Only 2 tissues in box and no new stock. At exit, host asked about our stay but was not concerned. I said it was not good and he said sorry but didn’t ask what issues we had. Overall not good and won’t be staying there again.

All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very clean and up to date. Only drawback was the pool was closed because of covid. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault

The front desk clerk was so friendly. The room was so clean. Nice set up, comfortable bed, accommodating even with all going on with Covid 19. Easy to get to from highway.
