Bryan is amazing!

Pros: The friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room needs an upgrade.
Location: Convenient to the lake and amenities, but the City of Mooresville needs to invest in sidewalks. I went out for a walk, and had to use the road.
Give Bryan a raise! My excellent review is largely because of him - he went out of his way to help with several requests, and the answer was always "Yes".

Stay at the Hampton Inn

Pros: The included morning breakfast is wonderful. They offer a nice variety of breakfast foods and drinks and they maintain it or keep it well stocked.
Location: There is plenty of shopping and restaurants near to hotel.
The staff was most welcoming and everyone from maintenance to the breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful. The general appearance of the hotel is updated, clean and attractive. It is easy to locate rooms, ice,laundry, and the breakfast dining room. I did not attend their evening wine and cheese snacks. The rooms were very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. They provide plenty of towels, and have a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. I would gladly stay at the Hampton Inn, Mooresville, NC again.

Nice hotel and very close to restaurants, shopping and even the expressway. We even walked to 3 restaurants near the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time to stay at The Hampton Inn, I have to confess, I usually stay at the Marriott! Due to my the last minute decision making, this was the only hotel available and I was a little hesitant! But to my surprise, I was impressed! I would highly recommend this hotel - I can't speak for other Hampton Inns, but this particular one in Mooresville, NC was awesome and I would definitely stay here again.

Happy stay

We were extremely happy with staff.The cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful. We will definately choose Hampton Inn in the future. Breakfast was also very good. Only issue was understanding how the shower world properly.
