Small room and bathroom. No one at the desk for check in, Very noisy in the hallway. Large group of teenagers checked in at 2am running through the hallways yelling. Front desk sent no one even after multiple phone calls for assistance. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this motel

The help was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and you never felt like you were bothering anyone. Bonnie at the front desk went out of her way to be friendly and help answer all my questions. If I lived there I think we would be good friends. 😂 We will return for sure.

This Hampton was not up to snuff. We were traveling with our small dog and they put us on the second floor with a dog which was very inconvenient then we realized the shower did not work and when I went to report it the phone in the room did not work either also very inconvenient . So I went to the desk and told them in person about the problems and the person on duty said there was no maintenance person on duty and that they would have to contact the 3rd party (Expedia) to see how they wanted Hampton to handle this. So we left to continue on our trip without a shower and without no satisfaction and no refund .

I rented an accessible room because my wife uses a walker. The room was on the 4th floor and nearly at the end of the hall (rm 422). That means she had to walk to the elevator, wait for the elevator to arrive at the 4th floor, then walk to the room. That was trying for her. Not every disabled person is in a wheelchair. Put the accessible rooms on the 1st floor near entrances.

Hotel is located in a nice area with many choices for dining. Staff was gracious, the facilities were clean and modern.

We stay here every time we visit family in Mooresville. Only recommendation is to pay more attention to the gym. Equipment needs maintenance.

The parking lot is not great because if the front ones are full (which there are not many at all) you have to walk around the side or the back of the building (at least I didn’t see another door on the other side)This not safe especially at night.

Nice stop on our way to Florida
Everything worked out nicely for us with this hotel. Easy check in and the suite room was perfect for our family of four plus puppy. Plan to stay here again.
