Very disappointed overall. The beds were extremely hard/uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, we had to ask for towels and shampoo/conditioner. On the second day we did not get our in-room coffee supplies refilled. The breakfast was expensive and nothing more than a continental breakfast, however we were overcharged. When I pointed out the charge discrepancy according to the room literature, the manager was condecending and unapologetic. The pool/hot tub area was overwhelming with chlorine, no ventilation system. The water in the showers must be hard water with no filter, very unpleasant. This was the first time we've stayed at a Hilton....and the last.
