STAY AWAY! DIRTY ROOMS AND RUDE MANAGEMENT!

We originally called and spoke with someone at the front desk named Siera. We asked her if it was possible to check in a little earlier than usual since our flight landed in CLT at 11:30am and she said it shouldn't be a problem if we showed up around 1pm. We get to the hotel at 12:45pm and ask to check in early, the manager Jeff originally said no and acted like it was a huge inconvenience before going to personally check on a room to make sure it was clean and then letting us check in. We get to the room and there are black hairs in the sheets!! Mind you, this is after the manager had checked on the room. We call the front desk and complain and they send their "Executive Housekeeper" up there to reclean the room, so my husband and I left to get lunch. We come back 2 hours later, and the SAME HAIRS are still in the sheets!!! I was furious! I went to the front desk and demanded we get a refunded from Jeff (the same manager as before). Jeff said he gave me a refund but didn't give me a receipt or anything. He was rude and didn't apologize for the dirty room, just said "Fine. We gave you the refund." My husband came down and didn't appreciate Jeff's attitude and let him know, at which point he threatened to call the cops on us! We went to the room and grabbed our things and left, not five minutes later my card was charged again!! I called and asked why and was told that they were going to give a refund, but bc we argued with them they decided against it and charged us!
