Under staffed is a under statement. The ones that were working were GREAT! Friendly, helpful and smiling. Housekeeping - we found dirty socks on the top shelf in the closet. Kinda gross. Updates - All the ice makers were broken. All the hall carpets could use a GOOD cleaning. But again - over all very pleased.

We did like the size of our room, however the bed was hard as a rock. Our extra guests could not even sleep in the pull-out sofa, we had to go buy them a blow up mattress. They were really looking forward to the indoor part of the outdoor/ indoor pool and that was a joke. The indoor part was no larger than a hot tub and not even clean and off course cold since it's not closed off to the outside pool. How about advertising that ot at least showing a picture of the "indoor part of the pool?" The water machine just outside the gym and pool area was broken. The lattee/cappuccino machine was broken and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Now, I looked at several hotels over a week's time before booking and it's hard to get everything you want without paying a huge amount, but you would think that paying over $500 for 3 nights should come with free breakfast, but it doesn't. That's crazy! Our cleaning lady in the fourth floor was very kind and helpful and worked very hard. She wasn't too busy sitting all night on her phone in the lobby to help us and make us feel welcomed like another.

The whirlpool was not clean, and the mattress was very uncomfortable, it was completely warn out. We woke up to bring sink in the the box spring. Not at all the quality accustomed to with this chain.

For a Hilton this was the most disappointing one we have ever stayed at. Carpet was stained throughout the entire hotel including hallways and our room. The side door was broke, you could go out, but the key didn't work to get back in. All ice machines are broken except the one on the first floor. Needs a lot of repairs and new carpet!!!
