Location was great! Overall room was ok, bed was a bit uncomfortable and air conditioning unit made loud noises throughout the night, made it tough to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Great location! The room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointed that toilet was broken with constant plunging throughout our stay. They only credited us $10 which was not equivalent to the inconvenience.

Everything was so good just the parking area that does not have concordance with elevators for the rooms, we have to take two different elevators to go to the lobby and the rooms. But the other things very good. I liked the area and the places to eat.

The property was located close to the Spectrum Center and located in uptown Charlotte. However, my room was close to a street and I could hear all the loud cars. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, felt safe, would consider staying again in a different room for sure.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the lobby was well maintained, modern, and bright. However the lobby restroom could have used a bit more attention. It was out of supplies, and the lighting seems a bit too dim. I would stay again.

Power went out while I was in the shower the morning of check out. They sent someone to try to fix. No apologies at all for the inconvenience of having to finish showering in the pitch dark. As a single Mom to 2 boys I then had to force them over to one side of the room away from the bathrrom and the mirror placed outside the bathroom so that I could open the bathroom door enough to see to get dressed. I understand that things happens. But they never once apologized for the inconvenience or offered to let me use another room to finish getting ready. Nothing. Poor response.

Poor service. Front desk did not answer calls - wifi was horrible. I was there on business and could not get consistent access and the front desk did not answer phone calls. The rate seemed like a good rate until all the "add ons" for $ 25 for parking... $ 2 for a bottle of water... very basic and sterile hotel.

This was a nice property. Our only real complaint, which the property cannot help, was the street noise from loud cars and motorcyles in Charlotte on a Saturday night.

I loved Staying here the 1st time we traveled to charlotte this time we’ve gotten a suite and it was so spacious the only issue was the parking they charge every time you enter the garage which is understandable but to leave and come back and having no available parking is a little unnecessary.

I really did like this hotel. This was my first time visiting NC and I chose this hotel and, when I tell you it was nice, it was NICE. Talk about luxury. The staff was nice. I had a king deluxe room and it was wonderful. My family enjoyed this hotel and I as well. We will be back for sure!

Close to restaurants and spots to visit. I only give 3 stars because the AC unit in my room was not functioning properly. A mainetnance attempted to fix it but not successful so I had to deal with the running AC/heater unit continuously. The window shades also were not functioning properly. The free continental breakfast did not include eggs, sausage, bacon. There is a $10 charge for that so I only had the cold breakfast. The check in was great since I got here at 2:45pm. The front desk was very much helpful in terms of parking. My room was clean and bed comfortable. I will still plan to stay here on my next visit.
