Online booking was a breeze. Initial parking and getting checked in was a bit hairy at first, ended up going around the block a few times to figure out where the check-in area was for the hotel. I ended up parking in the street as the only registration area visible from the street was for another hotel. Only after walking in the hotel did I see the temporary parking/check in area. Check in staff was very nice and explained the necessities for my stay. Once parked, getting to the room was a juggle of elevators. Once inside the room, it was clean and crisp and the temperature was just fine. I appreciated the Kureg Coffee machine in the room along with the iron and ironing board. Only issue I had with the room was the fact that the bathroom sink dripped unless you twisted the handle just so. In addition the escutcheon plate on the shower handle was very loose and coming off the wall. I did turn in a maintenance request for these items upon checkout, though this individual did not appear to be overly concerned about this and simply wrote three words on a sticky note. Street noise in the hotel room was a bit more than I anticipated, but I was accustomed to it after the first night. Overall I was very pleased with the service desk and cleaning staff. Restaurant staff was very nice and conversational. I feel for the price of the hotel room, it would have been nice to include the parking fee of $15 per day as a perk for staying there.
