Breakfast was so-so. Our bed was just ok as far as comfort; sheets were not good quality and were pilly. The pillows, even though marked firm, were too soft and uncomfortable for sleeping. Hotel was quiet, and the separate sitting area in the room was nice. Hallway temps were frigid; thermostat set at 62. Next time, we will stay at the Hampton Inn. Consistent quality across the Hampton chain.

As with most hotel chains brand standards are in place for almost everything, including pillows and linens. Please know that we do maintain brand standards but understand how personal each person's sleep environment is to them. Our apologies that ours was not optimal for your sleep comfort during you visit. We do hope you'll consider staying with Holiday Inn Express in the future and giving us another opportunity to earn that 5 stars from you.
