We had a rocky start. Our plane was late, but was assured that a shuttle would be available to pick us up at the airport. When we finally arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, I was told that no shuttle was available that evening. After we were finally able to rent a car to get to the hotel, we got great service. Originally we rented one room, but decided that we would need two. When I explained that my mom had memory issues, we were graciously accommodated and were given the adjoining room. This was very important to me especially for her safety and well being. I am soooo thankful to all of those that assisted us. You are AWESOME!

I did like that it had an indoor pool but I wish is was heated as most indoor pools are. The fridge didn't work well and no effort was made to fix it or change our room, instead I was told " most of them do not work", and the toilet filled 1/2 way stopped and then a few minutes later finished, so you'd had to go back and flush every time.
