This is quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The first night we had to move rooms because the smell of pot coming from down the hall was so strong it burned our eyes INSIDE our room. The second night (in the second room) we returned from being out all day and turned on the lights to see cockroaches go scurrying across the countertop. Upon further investigation we found additional dead cockroaches in the cabinets and behind the nightstands. We moved rooms yet again. For the final night in the third room, the bed felt like a sofa bed with coils popping out everywhere. It feels like this hotel is home for a number of people which provides a different feel than I am looking for when I am on vacation. If we had been staying any longer, I would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere.

The lady behind the desk was an absolute gem. Kind, patient, friendly. The room needs a good deep clean, but I guess it got one this morning when the shower leaked water all the way to under the bed. We reserved a double queen room because we were traveling with two teens. Without consent it was changed to a king with a pull out couch. I specifically stated in the reservation it was for 3 adults and a 16 year old. The bathroom is very moldy because there is zero ventilation in there. The staff was great, but it desperately needs an overhaul.

The property was old and rundown. The room was nasty the fan in the bathroom on this bro the room had bedbugs me and my two other guess got ate up. I just feel uncomfortable in there. I could sleep. The lady at the front desk was very nice but other than that I would never go back there, I gave them a zero the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Not clean. Hallway carpet had many stains and it would go days before someone would vacuum it. The beds are very uncomfortable. You would only get room service/room cleaned when you requested it and even then sometimes they would not come. The staff was friendly. But for the price of the rooms, it doesnt come with proper amenities. For a few extra dollars, there's nicer hotels with better amenities in the same area. I would avoid staying here unless i had to.

Lots of bugs!! I didn’t even stay there!! I have asked Expedia to issue a refund and they haven’t or haven’t started the process. The lady on the phone told me that is the policy. I will never use Expedia again after this issue.

I stay at hotels all over the Country and this is by far the worst hotel I have been to in over 10 years. Unfortunately, I had an event I had to attend and this was the only available hotel, but I can see why. TV remote didn't work, bugs in the sink & tub. I stayed two days but did not receive room service after the first day. Dirty, smelly, and overall a terrible experience.

We arrived at the hotel and it was noisy and there were people standing outside playing loud music. When we got to our room the sheets were dirty, the floors were nasty and the kitchen looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We went back downstairs and told the lady that we would not be staying there.because it was not safe looking and it was filthy and we want a refund.

This place was the worse of the worse. Should not be in business for the conditions that this place was in. My 9 year old daughter had a tournament in Concord NC. Before I could even inspect the room she instantly said verbatim “this place is gross dad” literally. What an embarrassment. I hate that my daughter ever saw this place literally. We left immediately and didn’t complete the stay. I didn’t request a refund only with hopes that the funds would help towards fixing that atrocity of a hotel. Would give 0 stars if I could. S M H!!!!

The outside lock to parking was broken and no key needed to enter building. Room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. Pile of trash in the middle of the room, dirty linens, kitchenette had rusty appliances. Phone in room has debris all over it and buttons broken. Room was in major need of deep cleaning overall. Immediately went to front desk to check out. Did not feel safe staying there with kids. This place also has long-term tenants. Group of men drinking beers out car trunk near front desk entrance. Worried about personal safety, as well as health code violations that could make us sick. Avoid this place at all costs.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room had roaches. The air conditioner was dirty and blew out dirt and dust in the room. The room could have been cleaner. I did like the location and the area around the hotel. I also appreciate the laundry facility on-site. However, there is not machine that offer change/quarters. And the front desk did not have quaters. I had to go offsite to get change/quaters.

Fine for a Budget Hotel
The hotel was very clean. It had a little fridge and kitchenette area that was unexpected. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. The only complaint was there were loud couples arguments in the hallway and the sheets were really scratchy. BUT for the price we paid and the amount of time we stayed, I can't really complain.

Had an extremely unpleasant night at this location. The room was designated non-smoking however upon opening door the room had strong cigar odor throughout the room. Overall room was not cleaned. I asked to be moved, was accommodated. Note that I found front desk personnel smoking in the hotel. The new room had similar issue of overall cleanliness but at least the cigar odor wasn't as present. The noise from our neighbors kept us up til 2AM! The impression is that this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness, in the room, in the hallways, and around the property. Had it been an earlier check-in for us, I would have not stayed here and gone somewhere else. Would not recommend that you stay at this location unless you had no other option to do so. Honestly Expedia should remove this location. It should not have 2 stars, it should have no stars.

Worst hotel I have even stayed at. Rusted refrigerator, lamination falling off the cabinets. Had a stove with no pots, pans, silverware, and even one of the burners did not work. Wife literally cut her hand on the rusted fridge, went to the front desk to ask for a bandaid, and got attitude instead. Later saw the front desk clerk smoking in her car, pretty sure it was crack.

Location/proximity to my event and kichenette was a plus. Downside was the smell and cleanliness. That floor hasn't seen a broom or mop in a LONG time. The first thing that hit me when I entered the lobby to check in was the smell of marijuana. I was on the 3rd (top) floor in a no smoking room and kept getting overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and marijuana.
