Easy access to major roads. Quiet area. The room was huge so we didn’t feel cooped up. I would have liked more breakfast options but they were close to restaurants that served breakfast so it wasn’t an issue.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The facilities were clean and relatively new. The room was very spacious and easily big enough for two adults and four children. The breakfast had a good variety.

We enjoyed this hotel for the most part. Very nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. We choose this location because of the indoor pool since we were traveling with a kid. Our tv and outlets in our original room did not work so the receptionist moved us to another room since maintenance was already gone for the day at 3:30pm which was fine since we hadnt unpacked yet. The power seemed fine in the next room over but when we came back from our event it went out again. We checked the breaker box but it didnt fix the issue, we just dealt with it since it was 10pm and didnt want to get moved again. We went to the gym the next morning but found broken equipment and again a tv unit would not work. Overall we enjoyed this hotel, super quiet and we didnt hear anyone else like in some other hotels but we were disappointed about the power issues and broken equipment in the gym. We enjoyed the pool but wished there had been some clean towels as there was just a bucket of used pool towels.

Bad experience
I booked the reservation about 3 weeks in advance via hotels.com. I received an confirmation email after reservation. After 10 hours long driving that day, when we get to the hotel to check-in, we were told we didn't have a reservation. They turned us away at 10:00 pm on that night. I never had such a bad experience in my life. Even more radicular, we found out we were charged $140 by the hotel later.
