We stayed at this pet-friendly hotel for two nights, prior to our flight to London. The hotel is well situated for the airport, being about 12 minutes away. Our accommodation was comfortable and the daily hot breakfast was very welcome. But the real stars of the show are the staff. During our stay our little cat was lost. Every single staff member, managerial, reception, housekeeping etc.went the extra mile. We were shown kindness, empathy and concern during the 24 hours that our kitty was missing. She was found trapped in the box spring, an issue that does need follow up! We would like to extend our heart-felt gratitude to all members of this excellent professional team. The hotel is fine, but the team made our stay truly special! Once again, thank you!

Gabriel at the front desk is amazing. Gabriel was very knowledgable of the Hilton Rewards and helped find my account to make sure I received my rewards for my two night stay. Thank you Gabriel for being a friendly face at check-in. The property itself is nice for a couple of days. There are air condition units in the room with a thermostat on the wall to control the temp of the room. The setup of the room was very comfortable and suitable for a couple of nights stay. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you have any requests prior to then housekeeping will make accommodations. Parking is free but on the weekend can be a nightmare at night !!! The lot is shared with two other hotel properties. The parking spaces are painted very narrow, some occupants parking may take up two spaces. Causing you to park far from the hotel entrance.

The property was nice, but my room smelled straight up like a nursing home and had Stains on the comforter. There was also no curtain to fully close, making it easy to see in and out, which was not ideal given I was on the first floor. The staff was really accommodating and was able to check me in much earlier than the check-in time, but it felt like I made some sacrifices to do that.

Not what a Hilton should be.
For starters, toilet wouldn't flush and was constantly running. Took the lid off the tank and realized the flapper was worn out at the chain on the handle was broken. So, our stay here started with 5-10 minutes of toilet repair so we could use the bathroom. The other issue was the parking. I understand there are a couple of hotels here that share a parking lot, but myself, along with a dozen other vehicles, circled the lot for over an hour trying to find parking. Most of us finally just gave up and make parking in areas we shouldn't have and hoped we wouldn't be towed. When we asked the desk attendant about the possibility of towing vehicles that were double parked to free up spots, he shrugged his shoulders, mumbled a bit, and went back to playing on his phone. Additionally, we needed a pillow for the sleeper sofa. Was told there were no more pillows... went to put sheets on the sleeper sofa, the stains on the mattress belonged in an episode of CSI. Pretty sure that wasn't wine stains... I've stayed at Hiltons my entire life, from Hamptons to Waldorfs, and this property is really unbecoming of the brand. Going forward, we will be staying at the tried and true Doubletree in Southpark that we've used for years when we come to Charlotte. We came here to be a bit closer to Carowinds for the Scarowinds season and overall, this wasn't worth saving the extra 10-15 minute drive, the parking fiasco was proof of that.

When I initially decided to book this property, I looked at the reviews, the 9/10 stars that other patrons indicated, as well as the convenience of the location: nicer, modern area, safety, etc. However, to my surprise, upon checking in, the room was an absolute mess and not a true depiction or representation of the area. I booked a King 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. The reservation room type was fulfilled; however, upon entering the room, it was as if I went back in time 20 years! Not modern at all. The AC unit in the living area smelled so bad. Thankfully, I always travel with Lysol spay, Clorox wipes, gloves, a candle, and other cleaning products. The curtains throughout the space was old and smelly. The bedding were TERRIBLE! Again, thankfully, I travel with my own bedsheets as well. The bedding had cigarette holes and was dirty as hell. The nightstands were filled with dust. The room phone was filthy so I wiped that down with Clorox’s wipes as well. Kitchen chairs were filled with stains so I covered them with the hotel towels. The bathroom was the worst! It’s very small, dirty, and old. The shower curtain was absolutely DESPICABLE. First, why is this hotel still using a shower curtain? It is clearly old, dingy, with no inner liner, smelly, and fabric! Didn’t you learn anything from Covid?! Take that crap down! The shower was disgusting. Rust running down the wall. Blond stringy hair all over the place. Once again, thankfully, I travel with shower slipper.

Nice hotel

Awful hotel
I paid for a handicapped accessible room, it was not honored, very u safe room to stay in with someone with Mobility issues. The toilet was so very low I couldn’t get up so ended up going to Circle K to use their bathroom. My husband had a hard time getting up and has good knees. Staff was rude and unaccommodating

All was great except the sheets you use. I want all cotton, hotel quality sheets, not those synthetic things that you use that sends sparks and shocks you during the night. Please get different sheets and it will be amazing stay:)

Nice area but only one parking lot for four hotels and a convention going on! Police cameras everywhere, very unsafe. Room was not made up, candy everywhere, no sheets for the pullout, dishes in dishwasher and sticky floor. We got in late so assumed we got the overflow room and dangerous parking. Will book on Hilton next time-3 rd party bookings get lousy service. Hotel staff at checkin was obviously night shift-slowly got up to help us and told us the convenience store down the street was cheaper and we might not have sheets for the extra bed. Then, went back to joking around with another worker. Inappropriate when we get in late but too late to switch rooms.
