Close to airport, and ghetto, get what you pay for

I checked in it went smooth, I get up to my room and there is a guy sleeping up against the wall by the room 2 doors down, the decorative throw on end of bed had cigarette burn holes all over, I walked to waffle house across the street and walked back to hotel 3 crack heads tried threatening me as they walked from the hotel premises I was staying , not cool

Not worth the rate

The representative charged me extra for the holding fee for incidentals. The room was very small. The bed wasn't king sized bed. Hair was in the tub. Toilet seat was old & worn out looking. The hallways wreaked of marijuana smell.

I'm sorry to hear you had a less than exceptional stay with us. We do advertise that our beds are Queen size, not king. Also, most all hotels in the Charlotte area and many others around the country require a security deposit.

Not a pleasant place to stay.

Pros: The price was reasonable.
Cons: See my comments above.
Location: The location is near the airport, but you have to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get anywhere. The Waffle House across the street is terrific.
Checking in took about 15 minutes due to the antiquated equipment they were using. There was no one ahead of us, so this was our first clue this stay could be a challenge. The room had a group of sad pillows lined up on the bed and one thin blanket. The temp outside was 45 degrees at 5 pm, so I asked for an extra blanket and some extra pillows, and waited for 30 minutes before asking again. It took them 2 hours to get the request fulfilled. The person in the adjoining room (had a door to connect the 2) had his phone on speaker several times throughout 3 of the evenings and the conversations were so loud I thought they were in my room. The room heater took 20 minutes to actually begin warming up and did not keep the room warm for long. The continental breakfast was awful. No fresh fruit, only one kind of oatmeal packets (sweetened), white bread and bagels, no healthy offerings at all. I would not stay here again. The only saving grace is the wonderful Waffle House across the street. The staff was awesome and the food hot and plentiful.

Convenient and the prices is rigt

Clean, comfortable and great price. Free transportation to airport is a huge plus.

The hotel stuff, was unfriendly and the room is not Comfort and the bed sheets is not clean.

microhotel has a micro service

Pros: So far nothing
Cons: Train your employees better. they live from the customer
We got in at Charlotte NC at noon. To star the bathroom was clogged which was fixed later on at the day. The TV set was not working , that was not fix. We have a room close to the desk service and it was noisy all two nights and the smell of marijuana was just bad. we ask for a change of room but the man in charge said he will check with his boss. we never got a room change. overall the installation are bad maintained, the paint is chipped, the closet was all crocked, the room door was not sealing at all, i have to place a blanket to stop the lights. I was to Charlotte to buy a house, but after the experiencing the way this people work ( all the people at the hotel were minorities , people at the desk, maintenance) make me reconsider my choice of city. I have stay at different microtel's at the country and i was never so disappointed

Most deceptive pictures of a hotel EVER!!!

We had a number of issues with the room, we addressed the issue to the staff and they chose not to do anything abiut it. We requestested a room change, they denued us, we asked for clean sheets and they denied that as well, our room ws later changed only because Expedia contacted them. Issues brought to the staffs attention, TV didn't work, there was a huge crack on the air conditioner with bloodstains around it, blood on sheets & comforter, 6" hole in comforter,filthy fridge,shower handle cover broken,buttons missing from phone,light bulbs missing.

Pros: I loved the waffle machine
Cons: stoppers in every room . hair conditioner in every room
I could not get a stopper for bathtub to take a bath. Many calls to desk and two hours later a maintenance man comes with an old broken stopper that didn't fit. Also it was very noisy. No hair conditioner, just shampoo. Pulled out half my hair trying to comb out my tangles without conditioner, and it looked horrible. I've never been to a hotel that didn't provide conditioner. I didn't have time to go out and buy one. Even if it would have been provided at extra cost that would have been fine.

Thanks for the review. We will tend to the stopper situation. As for the conditioner, it is provided in every room., Its shampoo plus conditioner combined per bottle.
