Decent hotel in uptown Charlotte

This was my second time staying this hotel and thought it would be just as great as the first time. The check in process was okay. I immediately noticed a bug crawl across my bed so I called the front desk to inform them. They told me they would send the housekeeping manager, but sent a non speaking English male holding a spray bottle to my door. He couldn't understand a single word we said and we couldn't understand him either. He eventually left and I call the front desk back. They promised to send the right person up and Steven came to our rooms and was very apologetic and was willing to fix the issue. They moved us to another room and offered the both of us a $25 voucher to use within the hotel. I attempted to use at the bar for one drink and the bartender was very rude. It was my understanding that the voucher could be used until all funds were used, but the bartender was insistent that I was wrong so he got the manager who then corrected him and reissued another voucher for the misunderstanding. The one drink I had equaled $17, which was definitely not worth it. After coming back from hanging out in town, I showered and noticed the bath tub didn't drain. It filled it up as if I were running water to take a bath. There were a few other minor things that happened during our stay and overall I would recommend not staying there. It was not worth the price, I expect quality at the Omni which is suppose to be 4.5 to 5 star hotel. I reccommend staying at the westin in uptown.
