This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I do have one thing I didn’t like, the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. It seemed somewhat broken down. Not what I expected for this quality of hotel. Other than that this place a great place.

I would like to share my amazing experience at the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and kind. Reginald, the bellman, checked in on us daily and made sure everything with our room and stay was perfect. Jackie, who served us at the restaurant/bar, was very attentive and ensured that we were satisfied with our dining experience. The lobby/check-in staff, valet, housekeeping, and others were beyond kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Charlotte.

Check in/out was simple and easy. Loved the bar options. Room had a great view. Great location. Walkable to light rail and main attractions. Felt safe. Great amenities. However, be prepared to pay for parking (you’re looking at an extra $50).

Very noisy inside by neighbors, door constantly slamming and people talking very loud in hallway that we could hear over our sound machine. The bed was very uncomfortable it had springs and the pillows were very worn out and flat. More feather type pillows. Key machine was down so we had to escorted to our rooms in and out when we came and left. Was harassed twice when we left the hotel by homeless people that were clearly under the influence of something. We were excited to stay there and were let down very quickly.

The hotel system went down. They were unable to check everyone in with a computer system, and they could not print room keys. Despite all of this happening, the staff remained calm and assisted guest as quickly as possible. They continued to smile throughout my whole experience. You can tell that the staff are well trained and great at their jobs!

It was conveniently located but the room felt more like a 3 star hotel. The bed sheets were incredibly wrinkled, the carpet and sitting area were stained and looked dirty. The parking fee was outrageous

The staff was absolutely amazing. I had a small issue and they went above and beyond to make sure they made it right. Jordan at the Bar was not only pleasant but made amazing drinks. Jessica I believe the manager was so engaged and friendly. The hotel is nice but going in renovations but I enjoyed my stay. The location was amazing and was easy to get around Uptown. I would definitely recommend and come back when I return.

It would be nice if parking was included with your stay. Very inconsiderate for paying customers of this establishment. We didn’t choose valet parking simply because we observed how they treated the guests vehicles.

Property is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms and hallways not well lit. The dim lighting made reading in the room difficult and made hallways feel slightly unsafe. The area around the hotel was quite noisy well after midnight. Yelling and sirens could be heard from our room. I would not have felt safe walking to any of the dining or shopping venues nearby.

There was a huge problem checking in, two different room and three trips down stair. And management still didn’t correct it. I stay here every month. And I will lord willing for the next 13 years, that’s a lot of stays. After this experience. I’m changing hotels.

I cant remember her name, but the lady at the front desk was so nice. I had never been to downtown Charlotte. She took the time to tell us about places to go and wrote down restaurant suggestions.
