Great hotel close to shopping mall. Updated room.

Great experience. Service was A1. I made a joke to the front lady about wanting a bay view room when this hotel is located hundreds of miles from the coast and she supposed me with an executive suite. Same price!!!

Great hotel close to downtown Charlotte

This hotel has excellent customer service! The breakfast was good. Beautiful entrance into the lobby.

Pros: close to the airport
Overall was okay. Looks okay from a distance but I felt it lacked in the cleanliness department.

I stayed here overnight due to a 10hr overnight lay over. I was able to comfortably get enough rest for my early morning flight. Great hotel. Love the ambiance. Very quiet and spacious.

Breakfast buffet on 9th floor is nice. Only minor problem was the tub drained slowly so water accumulated while I showered.

One night stay while traveling

Loved this hotel the rooms are great if you're traveling with someone else, because they have a door that seperates the living room witb pull out bed to the bedroom so you still have privacy. Loved this hotel. The bar was packed and you have to wait awhile to get service! That is my only complaint food was a little pricey it was good but not worth the cost.

Business trip: in and out only, so just fine

Wifi is not free. Staff was nice. Room was clean enough but showed signs of wear and tear.

No drinking water in the room. Room service closed at night. Gift shop even was out of water

Fabulous hotel!!!!

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! From the shuttle ride from the airport, to guest services and housekeeping! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area!

My stay :)

My stay was lovely ,very nice hotel and well kept :cleanliness ,and atmosphere".The only thing I did not like was when I checked out they explained I had no card on file for a safety deposit. I clearly handed the clerk my card at check in ; he swiped when I gave him the card gave me my keys and said hey yes this $x amount of money was pulled from the card for safety deposit reasons. Okay cool no problem I think oh everything is fine,I come to check out im told nothings available I never swiped anything its not on file etc...im worried because whatever the reason its still money and a card so it did bother me .Then to top it off :ms.clerk had a little attitude for no reason when I was just trying to get to the bottom of my issue and I was given lip smacking and just basic attitude which was not needed,I clearly was just upset and worried but I never disrespected her or spoke to her in any kind of way and I just felt that was the worse !other then that the hotel is wonderfull all together. Costumer service in the other hand should be a bit more assertive and have more attention for the costumer.
