Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, clean rooms- the stay was wonderful! Staff was friendly, too!

Poor Service

The service was beyond poor. I requested towels at the pool twice. It took 45 minutes for housekeeping to arrive. Additionally, I needed towels in the room and after 3 requests, waiting game for an hour, I finally took a shower and dred off with hand towels. Fun. I have other issues with the price of breakfast. Outrageous! I would stay somewhere else..lots of other hotels to choose from in that area.

Convenient stay for Charlotte airport and nice

They have a nice shuttle service to the airport. If you stay on the weekend, they will often have good last-minute deals. The hotel is really nice inside, but the outside doesn't quite look like the picture. Nevertheless, we plan on staying here again when we drive to Charlotte to fly. They let you park your car at the hotel for free for up to 10 days, so it is a nice way to avoid paying for airport parking. The wifi is not free and not cheap. The hotel pool was indoor, but not very warm when we went (early March).

Super stay

Great stay. Top notch customer service from everyone we had contact with. Very nice room, wonderful breakfast, but most off all each staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for.

Quiet, clean, perfect.

We just wanted a quiet weekend alone. This hotel was perfect. The pool, lounge, parking, cleanliness of the hotel and room, everything was exceptional and we will stay here again.

The lobby restrooms needed some attention. I spoke to an employee but the next day the same issue. The service staff was fantastic.
