nice hotel , neighbors were a little noisey

the hotel was nice , 11 mins from downtown ! front desk staff ( she does mornings mon & tues ) SHE WAS GREAT !!

This Hotel Needs Some TLC.

Pros: Close to Charlotte Airport
Cons: This hotel needs remodeled badly.

This was our first experience at a Sleep Inn. We needed a place close to the airport for a flight. Room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled like someone was smoking in it for sure. The smell was not only the worst part. Bed sheets had someone's hair on it. Bathroom shower floor was so soft it felt like it was going to cave in and you could fall through it. Side wall of shower had been plastered with some bonding material. Bathroom door was a slider that you could barely open and close. Needless to say we couldn't rest comfortably knowing all this about room 326.

Night Stay Waiting for Flight

We just stay for the night while waiting for our early flight. The hotel was perfect for the occasion, considering the proximity to the airport, and the shuttle service. The room was ok with a pleasant bed to rest for the night.

Great hotel for a bargain!

Pros: convenient location, friendly staff, quick check in/out, nice breakfast, rooms were nicely updated/modern
Cons: ice machine on all floors
Location: There is not much food in the immediate area but within a 2-3 mile drive there are sufficient options. The location was great access to the airport
My check-in experience was quick and easy, I was off to my room in under 2 minutes. The room was nicely updated and clean. I was disappointed that the only ice machine I found was on the 1st floor (I was on the 3rd floor). The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get me started on my drive for the day. Overall it was a great experience and I have already re-booked this hotel for a return trip in October for a continuing education course in Charlotte.

The front desk staff was awesome, I mean character and presentation. I booked two rooms and called two days prior to check in to inquire about cancellation process and was advised the rooms could be cancelled by latest 3 pm on the day of checkin. 7/4/16 day of check in I called at 10:30 am and cancelled, was advised by one of the staff that one of my rooms was already cancelled. Great, right!!! My CC was charged two rooms, called and spoke with Athea, the hotel manager, a very condescending human, horrid & horrible, not fit to manager a hotel. Lack of good character and honestly a liar. Athea refused to refund my full money and claimed I did not cancel, but it was on record I only checked into one room with my two children. I am in the travel business and can promise that this hotel with the unfortunate management will not be getting any future recommendations from me.

Thank you for your feed back, we appreciate it but prepaid reservations are non-cancel and non-changeable. This is the booking policy that the reservations were made by. Even if the reservations are cancel the policy says they are non refundable. When make reservations its important to look at the policy so you are aware of it and the confirmations also show the policy. Thank you

Front desk person Delice was a total delight! She totally takes care of your every need and is an asset to the hotel. The wait staff was always making sure that the breakfast bar was full, the cleaners maintained the room with great care.

Adequate hotel near the airport

Airport shuttle service was nice and very prompt. Employees were all very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a pocket door that was noisy and heavy to push close. Room seemed a little small for 4 people. This is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect luxury. But it's just fine if you're looking for nice and basic.
