A a travel RN working in Charlotte Sleep Inn is always accommodating for an early check in without hassle or extra fees!!! No infuriating my day sleep and easy check in and out!

Pros: Can leave car and get passage to airport
Got wake up call an hour before flight. Nice breakfast. Fast trip to airport. Will pick up on return.

Comfortable queen size beds in a decent room. I liked the idea that the entire hotel is smoke free. Room was nice compared to most! Shower was simple but had great water pressure and hot water!! Free hotel Wifi not great :( Complimemtary breakfast better than most! Lots of choices at breakfast.. make your own waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, sweets, apples, yogurt, bagels, etc It was simple but decent. :)

Great location

Quick check in. The room was really clean and nicely decorated. Continental breakfast was good, nice selection of food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bad customer service

Wrote to both the manager of the hotel and customer service, and have not received a response.... I am writing to ask for consideration regarding a reservation made for the evening of March 15, 2017 at the Sleep Inn Charlotte Airport at 701 Yorkmont Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. I believe the reservation number is 75928241, and was made with credit card ending xxxx. This reservation was made through Expedia while my wife and I were out of the country, and was made in anticipation of our flight from Charlotte being cancelled due to snow in the Northeast. As it turned out, the flight was not cancelled, and as soon as I knew the flight was not cancelled, I called the hotel at 6:18 pm on March 15, 2017 to cancel the reservation. I spoke with Will, and explained the situation and asked if it were possible to cancel our reservation. Will explained to me that my credit card had been already charged, and that he was not able to reverse the charge, and suggested that I contact the manager of the hotel. I have been able to reach the manager who I was told is Ms. Savi. While I do understand the hotel's cancellation policy, I am asking for an exception since I did call as soon as I knew the flight had not been cancelled and it was barely after the cancellation deadline. I would really appreciate it if this charge to my credit card in the amount of $102.58 could be reversed. Sincerely, Ken Kadish

I left the econo lodge for lack of cleanliness and was very happy with price, location and cleanliness of this hotel!!

Nice hotel, close to Uptown Charlotte

Pros: Location to freeway to move around easily
Location: Billy Graham Library Freedom Park Walk around Uptown Charlotte
The hotel staff was very friendly, the food during breakfast was hot, tasty and they kept the buffet well maintained.

Clean! Safe and very convenient to the airport. Also very cheap. I took a good resting. I will be back. Nice staff. The room very clean and smells a new one.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise--very good. the rooms were OK. The bathroom hook fell off the wall when I hung a towel in it. The bathroom pocket door was hard to close. Not impressed with the room for those reasons. The location was good.
