Nice Motel, Professional Staff. Great price.

Booked for a business trip using Expedia. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and caring. Breakfast was average but if I wanted a great meal I could have gone to a five star and paid much more. Plenty of places to eat in the area if that's a concern.

Room accommodations

Had 3 rooms in 2 days. Room 1--no water pressure, Room 2--water pressure not any better and air conditioner did not work--cooler in hallway than room. Room 3- 5th floor was good-water pressure and air worked fine. Evelyn, the desk clerk, was excellent. She was very understanding and accommodating--no questions asked. She took care of us and assigned us room 3 that was good and discounted the rate for the night. Other desk staff were cordial but not too helpful.

Not out ideal location

Pros: The price was lower than others
Cons: Better service for breakfast.
Location: We did nothing in Charleston.
After a stay in a Comfort Inn, we were in general disappointed in the Inn. The breakfast was cold( they did not turn on the heaters to the trays,) Food options were low with some items limited in choices. Laundry doors (most of the day) were open right next to the front desk area with everyone seeing the laundry. Room was noisy for sleep.

Pros: It was a place to sleep
Cons: Make sure the breakfasts are being done properly and the room kept up to date.
Location: Part of the problem. Shoneys and Bogangles are literally touching the hotel.
After a stay in a Comfort Inn, the place was a disappointment. Breakfast area was a real issue. The hot items were cold and it looked like the heaters were not on. The area looked old. Location was also a question. Laundry room located next to the entrance was open for everyone to see.

Nice hotel yet the bathroom could be improved.

The showerhead in the bathroom was a low end consumer shower head. It took me forever to rinse off after I showered.
