We drove extra time with 2 children and paid extra money to have a pool. The pool was closed. This should be on the website as an update. The staff on the front desk would not reduce our cost. The manager was not available. We were offered no compensation. They did not care.

Great Stay - two minor call outs, my room (327) was missing an outlet cover. When I used that outlet, there were sparks. Also, the book light on the bed did not work. Neither of these things were a big deal to me, but you should know this two things need to be fixed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good but they need to keep up the cleanliness.
Front desk staff was new and did their best to help us. Breakfast was prompt and tasty. I enjoyed the omelette and Turkey sausage. We enjoyed the pool which was Luke warm. Great location for our stay. Lots of parking. The rooms have bed and living areas with two bathrooms. A shower and sink in one and then a toilet and sink in the second. That Helped with our big family. The only bad thing was our couch in our room was super dirty. I mean dozens of stains on every cushion. It needed a deep clean of every cushion.
