Everything was great the room , bed , the upgrade, food, indoor swimming pool, love the view of the golf course, the luxury feel, the atmosphere was very classy and quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and associates it's one of Charlotte's best . It's the best I have stayed in so far in the area . Great staff they treat like you are at home.

Location: Location is great for restaurants and shopping
Every person we encountered at the Ballentyne was very friendly and knowledgable. The food was excellent in the Galley Restaurant. We had breakfast in our room each day and it was always on time and beautifully presented, not to mention delicious. The room was spotless and well decorated. The bathroom was very luxurious with every possible ammentity.
