Definitely not worth the price

Ice machines on multiple floors broke so i had to run around the whole hotel. Then we went to order from the "bistro" and was told the "chef" had an emergency and they didn't know when he would be back. Bad enough that this expensive place didn't have a complimentary breakfast but the breakfast we PAID for LOOKED like a cheap complimentary breakfast. Small, dry, processed pancakes. You know the deal. The gym was filthy with trash everywhere and dirty, sweat stained equipment. I stay in hotels atleast 2 x per month on business and I usually equate price with quality. Not this place. Never again. Totally disappointed.

Disappointed!

The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. We were on the fourth floor, SUPER slow elevators. Our 4th floor room key never worked more than once, we kept having to go back to the front desk each time, no one ever apologized or cared. We called room service for robes, they said they'd check and call us back in 15 minutes, which never happened. We were told upon check in that breakfast was served from whenever to whenever, just to find out it wasn't complimentary. Then, upon checkout, the gentleman tried to charged us $250 for smoking in a room due to someone reporting us for smoking, which we've never done in our lives. It took almost 45 minutes to have someone check our room and verify this wasn't true. We seen to have been reported as a black male and white female, not our room.... Which was HIGHLY disappointing and discriminating. We won't be back to this Wyndham.

Double Charged

We contacted Expedia to move our reservation from Tuesday to Monday night, and Expedia confirmed with the hotel that we could do so without penalty. After checking out and returning home we noticed the hotel charged us for two nights. After multiple attempts to resolve this we were told that the general manager decided the employee who waived the fee shouldn't have done so and they were not refunding our money. Of course this occurred after the fact and we didn't even have the option to stay the extra night.
