Close access to Charlotte - off I-77

Pros: close access to I-77
Cons: rooms need cleaning and upfitting
Desk staff were great - but overworked with a full hotel for the Saturday night ACC football championship. Beat up is the best way to describe the rooms. Beds were good, but carpet did not look clean and the bathroom was worn. Looks like they started some cosmetic renovation, but stopped part way through. I'll look elsewhere for a room in Charlotte.

Stains on comforter. Requested pull out couch and was not given room with that request.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable, quiet.
Cons: Breakfast could start earlier than 7:00am. Two Queen beds would be better than two Full beds.

Needs restoration work

The elevators had graffiti scraped in the walls. Shower curtain rings were broken, drain was clogged. Staff was fine but the building and facilities need work.

Confusion right from the start

I was charged for 3 nights and stayed 2. Cannot get a refund no one will call me asst manager is a nightmare. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. Customer service is zero and the so Called breakfast is even more of a joke. Stay away. I never give poor reviews I always give people the benefit of trying to fix an issue these folks have not even tried. It cost me 100 dollars to figure out not to stay here don't fall in the same trap

Smells Funny

Pros: Nothing special.
I think the hotel team need to change the room freshener. It smell funny when I entered. The hotel room was ok but a lot of electric outlet were not working. If you have to take I77 to commute, you want to avoid rush hour.

I booked two rooms. Both rooms had roaches.

I want stay here again. Roaches in the rooms. The front desk staff was nice but the manager Joe did nothing to compensate me for the rooms being there were roaches.

Easy Access near airport

Pros: New renovations
Cons: Expanded breakfast time
Location: When I am leaving on or returning from a trip I am not looking for other things to do, sorry.I do know there is Carowinds just across state line in SC
Has been renovated as a Wyndham, had stayed there when under prior management and it needed renovation badly. Close to airport so we stay there as we live quite a distance from Charlotte and can drive in , spend the night, get a ride to airport, leave our car there, enjoy our trip, get ride back to hotel, spend night and return home. This relieves a lot of stress in traveling with ever thing that goes on with in the airport terminal today.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Hotel staff was amazing. Only complaint was coffee ran out several times. Also lemon water not refilled.
