OK except for breakfast

Pros: The location and price were good.
Cons: Better breakfast
The room is comfortable but the bathroom had a weird layout that cound have used more towel racks and hooks. The breakfast was sparse and limited with no bacon or sausage. One morning there was no milk except for some whole milk in ajug on ice. Who drinks whole milk anymore?

Everything was good. The prices for the snack area was a little expensive. You can get a can soda in the store for 99 cents. Also the breakfast bar should have been a little more roomier.

Bad!

I have traveled for business and pleasure for forty plus years. This was the first time ever staying in a named property this bad. Facility is old before its time, poorly maintained, and under staffed. No towels, soap or shampoo in room. All front desk could do was give 3 hand towels. Someone had puked i the elevator. Anwers from front desk-we know. Floors dingy and dirty in halls. Jut a terrible experience!

This was the only thing available during the evacuation. I wouldn't stay here again for the price. Everything is really outdated.

The rooms smell like ash trays and the hotel was not the cleanest. Could not stay here.

Not worth the price.

Pros: Leaving.
Hotel staff were not even close to courteous. Air conditioning wheezed out barely cool air. Blood stain on wall in bathroom. Hotel was substandard, to say the least. Would not stay here again. Tried to cancel the reservation through Expedia but hotel refused to refund even a portion of the price.

Deteriorating Facility

Room was clean but shower looked it was stolen from a rent house. Random dishes left in hallway corners. Trash left on elevator. Staff seemed mildly interrupted when spoken to. For comparable price you can stay in much nicer places in Charlotte. Don't plan to return.

My stay was pretty good, the only issue was that the storm apparently knocked out the cable and Wi-Fi the first night I was there. People was smoking weed on my non-smokinh floor. Still a good room!
