Excellent hotel in a good location. Very comfortable rooms and lovely staff. My only criticism is that the bath towels were very hard and rough and quite small. Maybe they need a better washing machine!
Pros- Nice and clean hotel. Great English speaking staff. Close to stores, restaurants and bank. It has a great gym if you like to workout. Has a big indoor lap pool about 4 ft deep. Has a spa. Indoor cafe. Cons- Lobby is not handicap accessible. It has about 6 step stairs after entering the entrance ...
The Waldorf Astoria was a very comfortable way to spend a couple of days in Berlin. The hotel is best-situated for shopping -- and maybe the zoo and aquariums. There are plenty of different kinds of restaurants around. The hotel's concierge was amazing: friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. ...
Hotel is located away from main tourist area. The neighborhood is nice and the area is home to an upper scale clientele. Not a bunch of blue collar folks around here. The area felt safe at night unlike some other large cities I have been to.
Excellent and very modern hotel - the staff really made the stay worth while! It's worth paying for breakfast with the room as the food was brilliant. Only downside was the room was quite noisey (we were on the lower floor above a back service entrance) and the smell of ciggerate smoke came into ...
This hotel is very good, the rooms are Big also the bed. It has a nice size closet And a bathtub. Location is also very good; I wouldn't Recomend the breakfast is 30 euros p' person.
Brilliant location -the restaurant was excellent. The decor in the hotel is minimalist and tasteful. There are interesting modern tech ideas. We found hanging and storage space somewhat limited. We were pleased with the deal we had, which made our stay affordable. Rack rate is prohibitive
I've been searching for "my" hotel in Berlin - you know, the place that's the no-brainer as to where to stay. I think I've found it, and here's why... 1.) Great location. Just off the Ku'Damm on a quiet street near restaurants, shops, and transport (the X109 to Tegel is a half block away; lots of ...
The hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of the city, its right next to a shopping mall, close to many great spots and 5 mins walk from a major transit station. The room is super cool and fun, shame that we didn't get the zoo side, but the city view was still amazing. Thank you for the great ...
We stayed from July 28th to August 11th. The front desk personnel were always courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. The only slight issue was the fact that the toiletries provided on the first day were not replenished until we asked. We also ...
Located in a safe area, close to metro and rail station Charlottenburg, many restaurants and mini markets within 2 blocks, the hotel offers coffee, tea and fruit
Didn't realise that there was such limited catering in the evenings (should have done some more research I suppose) This was disappointing as we were very impressed with the sister hotel in Budapest so simply booked without thinking. However it is very well placed for some lovely restuarants
