Southern Luxury is a 1 bed, 1 bath suite and one of seven fully renovated apartments located within the Belmont Farmhouse. The charming Belmont neighborhood is home to some of the area's best restaurants like MAS, The Local, and Tavola. Southern Lux is primarily an extended rental with minimum of 30 days, but may be available for short term rentals at times.

The apartment has been completely renovated from top to bottom while still maintaining the historic charm of the house when it was built in the 1800s. Original heart pine floors, plaster walls, 9' ceilings, and large windows give this apartment classic southern charm. These elements, paired with modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, make this suite an excellent home base for your stay.

The large, landscaped yard on this oversized, city lot makes the house feel extra private. Vegetable garden beds can also be found throughout the yard which are shared with the neighbors and local restaurants.

Access to this ground-floor suite is gained through the front door/foyer of the house. In the rear of the home is a laundry room that can be used upon request. Each side of the house has a pleasant yard that can be used for picnics or yoga and the communal front porch is great for relaxing on a nice day.

Cozy Charlottesville Weekend Stay
We appreciated it was easy to check in, had ample street parking, was clean, and big enough for 2 people to spend a weekend together. Bed was comfortable and spacious. The TV was conveniently set up with multiple streaming services. We were walking distance to top quality restaurants. The host was pretty responsive to our questions about checking in. Would stay again!
