Check in and checkout was easy. Staff efficient and friendly. Reasonable breakfast. Room was clean but had broken and torn lampshades. No high definition on TV. Dirty halls and sidewalks outside entryway and common areas. Broken and torn lampshades in room. A few details that would have made a big difference. Wrote to the manager, who didn’t respond back. That tells me they don’t care

We found several stink bugs in the bathroom and one in the bedroom.

Comfortable bed, clean room with decent decor. Halls and stairwells we a bit dirty and smelly.

Location: None
Less than satisfactory. Relatively low rates, but there are reasons for lower price. Not the nicest place in town. You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much for low price.

Cockroach alive then later dead in virtually same place in lobby. Wet dirty towel on bathroom door when I checked in.

Great Staff..horrible property

Was forced to book this hotel because everything in the city seemed to be booked. First, this hotel has two floors with NO elevator. I am a senior and simply unable to lug heavy baggage up those dark narrow stairs so they found one of the housekeeping crew to assist. He went ahead and took things up while I parked the car, but when I got to the room, my luggage was missing. I called the front desk and told them the story and a couple folks came up and found my luggage. I am told they are installing an elevator but they could use 2 or 3 the way the hotel is spread out. Second, the room is old. Some new lights(not enough) were installed but it was still dark in the room. There is not enough room in the bathroom..small counterspace and poor water pressure in the lavatory. Third, they understaffed the dining area. I spent 30 minutes waiting on eggs and bacon. The juice and coffee were great but they ran out of cream cheese for my wife's bagel. They ran out of mild for the cereal. They may have had some of this stuff in the back but because there was only one person resupplying the food, she may have simply not been able to help everybody. She truly tried and it wasn't her fault. I want to emphasize that the staff was great, but the property is sorely lacking and any amenties at all. Until they install some elevators and reconfigure the property to make larger rooms with better appointments, I would avoid it like the plague
