Smooth

I have never had such an easy and smooth check in and check out from a hotel before. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if they are in the area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for a great stay, I will be back whenever I need to stay in the area again.

Nice friendly staff clean comfortable rooms

Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Lobby facelift
Location: Great location
Stayed two nights had to check out earlier than expected but it was no problem. The price was the most reasonable in Charlottesville

Perfectly adequate

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Feather pillows are the worst. No support.
Location: Sedona Taphouse was lovely.
It served it's purpose well! We showered and slept. I consider it a successful visit.

Did not get room request made weeks ahead and paid

We were told Expedia customers get what is left!Will not do that again. Rude and did not get what we paid for!

Our apologies that the Expedia fine print was not explained well to you by our staff. Because Expedia only checks our exact room count a few times a day, they may sell you a room type that is no longer available. The fine print on your Expedia reservation will say that your room type is not guaranteed. We do not, however disregard all Expedia requests and just assign rooms leftover at the end of the day. This is true at all hotel brands due to how Expedia links to our systems. We regret the inconvenience this caused to you, and we will work with our staff to improve our communications going forward.

Quiet comfortable hotel, solid floors

Pros: quiet, solid floors, breakfast
Cons: nothing that I can think of
Location: we didn't stay around the area
We stayed one night and got a good night sleep because the room was quiet and the floors are very solid, probably concrete under the carpet, so you wouldn't hear people walking around above you. Breakfast was good

Location: Location to all sites, shopping was very good
Very nice stay. Close to everything we were looking for during our stay in Charlotteville, VA

Nice hotel, mediocre breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast
The good: Convenient to downtown, beds comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. Actually the shower was really good as far as the volume and pressure of the water. The bad: Weird entrance - through a supermarket parking lot. No signage once you passed the hotel on the main road and made the turn at the traffic light. Also the breakfast food was very bland: The eggs, the cantaloupe, the sausage and bacon. Flavorless.

Nice Comfortable Dog Friendly Hotel

Dog friendly with a $50 non refundable deposit. Great Breakfast. Clean and comfortable room! Only complaint was bathroom light is outside the bathroom!

short but nice

Pros: Clean, comfortable, equipped for handicapped, very nice breakfast, tasty coffee.
Cons: A bench outside under the porticos by the outdoor ashtrays.
Short family stay with two connecting rooms. They gave us more than we expected. Their breakfast buffet was much much more than a continental breakfast, delicious and bountiful! We had first floor rooms which were equipped for handicapped, very much appreciated! Our only wish was that they should have a bench under the portico outside by the outdoor ashtrays for old smokers to sit down. But we appreciated that it is a non-smoking hotel.
