The hospitality was amazing. The staff were courteous, helpful, efficient. I felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be more usb ports for charging electronics, but I didn’t knock any points off for that , it’s a small incidental.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping provided extras when requested and front desk took care of cleaning and any special requests. Breakfast was available for 5 hours and included chef making your individual meals. Dinner and bar were available. Staff was caring beyond belief. DO stay here.

Furnishings pretty awful and in need of update. Room needs a deep clean. Coffee machine was dirty for instance. Coffee in lobby is awful.

Definitely recommend this hotel
We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are 2 outdoor spaces to hang out in. The snack shop has lots of choices. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Charlottesville.

Staff was extremely rude. I purchased prepaid snacks and drinks for our stay and they delivered them on 2 of our 10 day stay. The manager Dawn Fuss was extremely RUDE when I attempted to get different snacks from the hotel store instead of the lunchables and other snacks that the hotel staff chose that I considered not edible.

The hotel was chosen for convenience to our friends home. The room was tired and dated. The large chair in the room was stained and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked to be several decades old. The toilet was so low to the ground you thought you were sitting over a hole in the ground. For all of these deficiencies Expedia charged us ~$225 per night; absolutely outrageous and a refund should be issued. I looked at other hotels after the fact that appeared to have similar age and tiredness to their rooms for $109 per night. I requested housekeeping, which you must do as it does not come with the $225 per night fee, and I was asked if I would like our bed to be made. What! Horrible experience and will not stay at another Hilton hotel any time soon. I am serious about the refund of part of our cost.
