The hotel was ok. It looked really nice at the lobby. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but not cleaned well during our stay. The toilet paper was not restocked, the shower and mirror were not cleaned. There was no continental breakfast. The restaurant breakfast was not good. The clerk said it was but it wasn't. The sausage was hard and dry. The pool looked inviting. But there were no towels in the bin. The baby pool was not being maintained. It was very dirty and had a lot of bugs. I saw no work being done. The pump room was wide open with no one in it. The wi-fi was terribly slow. I couldn't believe they were building a conference center and kept wi-fi that slow. Finally our room keys reset every evening while we were out. Every night we had to go back down and get them reprogrammed before we could enter our room.
