Nice place

Nice place; clean, comfortable, helpful staff. We travel with our dog; not a lot of options to walk them; but still a nice place.

Will not return. Rude.

The nice lady, Jenni(?), who checked us in was about the only good thing about our stay. Yes it was pet friendly, which was a plus, but I was probably the only dog owner there that has enough sense to clean up after my dog. Enforce owners picking up after their pets or have an employee scoop the property once or twice daily. I could barely walk my dog in the (minimal) grass areas without having to worry about stepping in a mess. The room was clean, the bathroom was not. Hairs and a pink (mold?) substance in shower. We ignored this and cleaned it ourselves to the point we felt comfortable using it considering how friendly our check in was. But come morning we were awaken by rude housekeeping yelling and screaming at each other throughout the halls. The entire day staff was eithier non existent or crowded together making rude and ignorant comments that could easily be heard through the room walls. We again let it go without complaint but then the following morning were awaken by the same. At checkout my boyfriend confronted the worker checking us out and he rudely gave the unacceptable excuse of they don't have meeting rooms and have to meet in the hall. If they were simply having a meeting for the day that would have been fine but not yelling at each other room to room about things that shouldn't even be coming from there mouths. Will not return and would not suggest to anyone. Hopefully you find some better workers to cover the day shifts soon who better value there jobs.

Business trip. Lock your door

About 5 am my door was opened up by the night desk person. Still not sure why. When asked didn't get a clear answer. Make sure you double lock your door.

Bathroom in poor condition. Large gap around door- let in a lot of light- felt unsafe. Breakfast poor. Staff friendly and helpful.

Employee was in the parking lot washing his personal car. Staff as too busy taking to one another to help us. When we finally got in the room, someone else was already checked into it.

Just the kind of place we needed.

Clean friendly close to UVA hospital. Good breakfast,super firm bed, a staff that move us when we had a problem with a smokey smell. The staff just gave us another room and it was fine. On top of the nice overall experience they even sent us to a nearby restaurant that was great. Thanks Cliff and Ruth Dowdy
