Location: good location to see Monticello.
Pretty good mid-budget hotel. Much better than the run-of-the-mill competition. Friendly staff. The room was comfortable except for all of the lumpy pillows. And please, could we get some lighting that would be adequate to read by? Bathroom was ok but there was a little mold in the bathtub. No shower cap among the amenities. Carpet needs to be clean. Breakfast buffet was nice; I appreciated having the bagels and juice.

Good mid-point hotel from Myrtle Beach to Syr, NY

Hotel room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I'm a light sleeper and humming noise from refrigerator woke me up. Down sides - area for walking pets is very small; did not like powdered eggs and had issue with the waffle maker; wife did not like their coffee.

A clean, pet friendly facility that is solicitous to dog owners. Staff was courteous and responsive. Free breakfast was good. Conveniently located, but ingress and egress is a little bit hinky in that you have to cross a divided 6-lane highway that can be heavily trafficked and downright dangerous.

Disappointing

The best thing about our stay was that the beds were good. Check-in went smoothly. However, it did not seem very clean. The hallways looked grubby and the bathtub had a stain. The handle of the bathroom door kept coming off. This is a pet friendly hotel so there were a lot of dogs. That was not a problem but if you have allergies you should not come here. At 2 am the fire alarm went and we had to go outside and wait for the alarm to be shut down. I would not stay here again.

All star hotel.

Prompt check-in. Very clean room. My wife especially enjoyed the high king-sized bed. Deliscious hot breakfast. Would stay again.

Was woken up at 130am and 6am by staff using ice machine.. reserved king bed room and was put in room with 2 queens. I only wanted 1 bed. And a king one. Took 10 minutes for staff to greet me for check in. Limited breakfast menu and no bacon?! No gluten free options except yogurt. Just an ok visit. Should have paid an extra $50 to stay at the Hyatt.

We weren't there long, just a short night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and the hotel staff was friendly. The only thing was the floors were not vacuumed In out which makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

Reasonable and comfortable

This is a comfortable hotel and very centrally located, close to shopping centers, restaurants and a movie theater. It is only 15 minutes away from downtown so for business travelers who don't want to spend a lot on downtown hotels, this is a good choice.
