You can do better

Pros: It's near the Waffle House?
Cons: Make the suite nicer, spray scent-killer in the elevator in the evening too (to kill the cigarette smell again)
We accidentally booked a smoking room. The attendant found us a non-smoking room, but it was the suite. We paid the extra for the suite, only to find that it is just a normal room's things placed in a larger room, with an extra AC unit.

One night stay after a concert, hotel was sold out, 2 fairly small bath towels per room and no extras available so my friend and I had to share. Breakfast in the morning needs improvement. Much more basic than the website let’s on. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, we felt safe and good parking. Right across the street from 7-11

It's a super 8.....It's not supposed to be the Ritz Carlton.

Rude

Pros: The beds were big and the shower was good
Cons: Customer Service skills, better staff , cleaning, someone to answer the phone, did I mention cleaning
Location: It is in a good space near every eatery you can think of as well as stores
The hotel staff was rude, we had to beg for towels and wash cloths just to take showers. They wouldn't even take the trash or give us trash bags it just did't make sense. Nobody ever answered the front desk phone only reason we stayed is because of convenience.I

The hotel was fine but the one front desk clerk very rude and she knows who she is. I will not stay there again but I still have enjoyed other super 8 locations. Billed us twice for room. Very unprofessional.

Cheap clean place to stay

Just staying here overnight near a friend's house so wasn't looking for anything more than clean beds for me and my son. Great price, clean, low on amenities but I didn't care.
