“ We booked for a weekday night and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and made everything clear from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, we were instantly impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully presented accommodation. It featured a large bathroom, a big TV, a kettle, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed. We even had a stunning view from our large open window overlooking the front car park (a lovely car park!). “Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good.”

“Was there for 3 nights, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was good, the only downside I felt is the breakfast timing. It starts only by 8:00, but they're are happy to pack you something if you let them know in advance. ”

“Apart from the damp toilet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner, everything is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included for a fee, which is nice as I was attending a conference at the university and there aren't that many food choices on campus. Only one canteen serves dinner, so be prepared to eat in the town. Overall, this place feels safe for solo travellers and is especially suitable if you are there for work at the university. It takes a 12-min bus ride to go to……

“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.”

“We (my two adult daughters and myself) just came back from a 12 night stay in the UK. We went to 9 hotels, and this was our favorite! It was so quiet and peaceful there with no outside noise. The setting was beautiful with lots of outside dining spaces. The rooms were nice and the staff was super sweet. Breakfast was amazing with large, cook to order options. We would definitely come back and stay again!”

“Overall I am very satisfied with OYO. The reception manager is ver nice and helpful and one I must mention is the breakfast. It is very good and delicious and there are a few you can choose so you can try different kind of breakfast if you stay a few days. Also the location is very easy to find and it is just 20 minutes away from the city Centre.”

“The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price.”

“Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁”
