The room was very tired and dirty. The carpet was filthy and very stained. The toilet seat was yellow and sticky and previous occupants urine stains on the rim of the toilet bowl. My husband had to wipe the toilet rim and seat before we could use it. Disgusting. When we complained to the manager he shook his head and sent the young receptionist to speak to us. We asked to move rooms but they advised that the hotel was fully booked. We therefore checked out the following morning.

hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville et avec vue sur l'océan. personnel courtois et efficace. Les chambres sont de grande taille. le petit déjeuner est plus que correct. bref à conseiller

Un séjour de 7 jours formidable, agréable et un accueil tres professionnel et tres prévenant. Le restaurant super avec de tres bons choix. Il faut aussi essayer le Bistrot ou on passe de bons moments. Pas assez mis en avant mais ca va s'arranger au mois d'août. Bravo et merci pour ces bons moments. Félicitations Pascal et Françoise

Un hôtel qui a l’air mais pas la chanson

Un tout petit hôtel 3 étoiles qui bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix mais qui n’est pas au niveau. Sur un séjour de 7 nuits en chambre supérieur, 4 jours d’affilé le ménage n’était soit pas fait dans la chambre (même après 17h) ou bien qu’à moitié. Obligé de demander des serviettes, du gel de douche, des verres propres etc. La chambre n’avait aucun charme, les serviettes étaient digne blanches, petites digne d’un 2 étoiles, et zéro isolation phonique tant entre les chambres que venant de l’extérieur. Un soir à 21h45 j’ai demandé que l’on me prépare un café au restaurant. Le serveur est allé en cuisine demander et est revenu en me disant que cela n’était pas possible!! Le petit déjeuner était basique lui aussi, pas de salade de fruits et des fruits qui étaient glacés depuis plusieurs jours et la machine à café était en panne.. Enfin, au moment du Check out il a fallu que je fasse refaire la facture car malgré le fait d’avoir déjà réglé mon séjour à l’avance cela n’a pas gêné la jeune femme de l’accueil de me refacturer mon séjour un 2ème fois. Très décevant

Réservation de dernière minute, nous sommes arrivée trad à l'hôtel, nous avons était gentil reçu, nous arrivons dans la chambre et nous condtation que nous avons une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite et qui visiblement est ancienne, meuble abîmé, salle de bain en mode hôpital, sèche serviette jaunie et rouillé bref pour une nuit à 182€ c'est moyen, de plus l'isolation était catastrophique, nous avons entendu chaque passage de voiture et de personne, on entends les voisins du dessus et la lumière du couloir passé sous la porte donc pour ceux qui sont sensible peut vous réveiller facilement, je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience malgré les bons avis que j'avais pu voir, nous avons très peu dormi et nous attendions une autre qualité de cet hôtel

Superb hotel along the sea front

Very nice hotel on the sea front. Our room was comfortable and we had a balcony. They managed to fit us in the restaurant, even though it was late and they were fully booked. We had been travelling all day from England. The food was a little pretentious for our taste, but the wine was excellent.
