Room was functional “newly’ remodeled but furniture was worn ? Behind the night tables had dust bunnies everywhere, looked to also be dried liquid spills on wall beside bed. Internet was just ok but seemed to “traffic shape” certain certain apps Sketchy area. Had to check room to get deposit back - I get it but it seemed very inconvenient like they didn’t trust you (probably from past guests ripping them off. Booked 3 night stayed 1 had to cut the other 2 night short for unforeseen circumstances that came up. Refunded the other 2 nights which was great customer service Overall functional but beware

People live there. Bed made rattling noise when sitting or changing position. Hair dryer was ineffective. Had to pay a $100 deposit which was refunded but staff had to go to room at checkout to count towels, washcloths, hair dryer, iron. Obviously people take these items upon leaving.

Not at all what I was expecting. They have people living in the rooms who are either homeless or addicts or both. I know they have to live somewhere but it would be nice if some of them didn't stare at you as you're unpacking to your room. Luke warm water, toilet not mounted properly to the floor, table top barely attached to the base.

Rooms are in good shape. We were on second floor and stairs to that floor were simple 2x10 boards that creaked when someone walked on them. Sound could be heard in our room 3 doors down from the stairs.

This property had high ratings which is why I booked the stay. It is a motel, nothing more. The walls in the room were filthy, they had drip marks. The lamps on the tables were stained. The counters were sticky and we did not attempt to walk on the floor without shoes. We chose not to shower and just hand wash by the sink. The white wash cloths were discoloured which I questioned whether they were clean. There is no safety lock on the door, so we put a chair in front of it while we slept. The breakfast was a 3x4 table top that had frozen items and not much selection or anything appealing to grab and go. You have to pay for your stay when you arrive and a $100 deposit is required for the room. The deposit is refunded back to you after the staff go to the room and check it upon check out. Definitely not my preference for a place to stay. Next time I will pay the extra $100 and stay at the comfort inn.

Only 2 complaints i have is the draft that comes from the door as the door doesnt seal well and the breakfast doesnt have a very good selection and the croissants and muffins tend to be hard

Sufficient for a 1 night stay
Excellent friendly service for a clean room with 2 queen beds. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any cartoon TV channels for the kids, the coffee maker didn't work and the bathroom light also activates the bathroom fan so it woke people up all night long. The free basic breakfast did make it sufficient for a 1 night stay, however.

Police were at hotel. Dirt on the ceiling, dirt on floor in bathroom. Pressure treated wood under bathroom sink. Smelled like natural gas was leaking up stairwell and had ash trays outside.
