All in all we had a good stay - the hotel looks like it needs some updating but staff was courteous and friendly

Very bad hotel upkeep

Leaky bathroom, smell of damp sheets and towels. Hallways have torn carpet.

Friendly staff average room

Everything was fine the room looked good the staff was friendly but unfortuneatly the rooms smell very musty or moldy and it isn't a pleasant smell when your there for a few days...I moved rooms and it was the same I wouldn't stay here again unless they fixed that problem...the room was clean and staff were friendly I did enjoy the breakfast in the mornings but they gotta fix the smell in the rooms

Excellent location, close to the 401

Pros: The people, staff were very helpful. When we encountered an issue, they immediately committed to taking care of it.
We needed a place to stay in Chatham for one night--and the choice of Travelodge was highly satisfactory. Great place from which to make a day trip to Windsor, Amherstberg, and Pt.Pelee when coming from Hamilton area.

Not the most luxurious hotel around but has all the amenities, close to where we needed to be, comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Ok Place ,, Kind of Disappointing

Pros: Stayed many of times but this time not much I liked .. just not the service I have experienced before.
Cons: The bathroom lights could really use a good cleaning sorry but there lacking a good cleaning and the hall carpets are not very clean .
Nice place to stay , construction is a real nuisance if your not familiar with the area , I would think that the people staying there would be a bit more considerate if there outside late at night when talking loud right outside other guest rooms , two nights in a row other guest decided to party right outside our room window and were very loud and a bit annoying not sue if other guest could hear them but maybe ideal not to have lawn chairs right near guest windows maybe further away from entrances and doors . Also couple mornings they did not have enough food for there breakfast and reason was there order did not come in you know well in advance your number of guest you make sure you have adequate food . Just a little disappointed ,, One day room was not cleaned because the Do NOT DISTURB sign was on door which it was not . Again just don't argue about it just say sorry and accommodate the guest by coming and giving clean towels and making bed was 4pm in the afternoon,

It's a hotel I would go to again

I was here for a wedding so I was using the room to basically have fun with the bridesmaids. This was a gay wedding and so there was no bridesmaids and I was the best men. I took myself back to the room and I had a great night. Everything was comfy
