Barry at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great stay and love that they have the option for a late checkout at 1pm...very nice for people that enjoy late nights and sleeping in.

Pros: Accessibility and security. The quality of the breakfast buffet was superb. Staff ensured it was well replenished, appropriately.
Cons: Bathroom fan was loud. Microwave table was petite for making snacks/lunches. Mattresses could use an upgrade.
Location: Was conveniently located to Hwy 401.
This has been our second 5 day stay. We plan on returning.

Quite pleased!

Location: We were in Chatham for a family wedding
Good experience from start to finish. The only complaint from me is the bed was too firm. But that's personal preference. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Price was right. I'd stay there again

Pros: It was comfortable, tidy, easy to access the internet.
Cons: The A/C is a bit noisy but definitely needed due to the hot conditions.
Location: We were there simply to visit family members.
Everyone was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Questions were answered and staff tried to help us find the easiest ways to navigate the city.

Pros: convenient location, easy to find
Cons: the side door should be guest card access, anyone could enter the premises at any time, not really safe
The check-in was quick, staff was polite and efficient.

desk clerk was great and put us in a room that was easy for us to get from the car and close to the breakfast room , since I have to have oxygen all the time.
