“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“Clean, great location near many restaurants and metro. Would stay there again. The challenge was getting luggage up and down 5 flights of a spiral staircase. Kept us in shape from the good food.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und günstig für viele Unternehmungen gelegen. Sie ist hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr gut beschrieben und haben problemlos geklappt. Nur konnte man leider in der Wohnung nicht kochen, weil die benötigten Gerätschaften entweder nicht vorhanden oder nicht geeignet waren (z.B. Pfanne nicht auf Induktionsherd nutzbar). Da man in Paris aber überall sehr gut essen gehen kann, würde uns dies nicht……

The shower was clogged, there was a lagoon every time we shower and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the apartment looked poorly maintained and as though it was not well cared for. “My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our two college aged daughters, and it was perfect! The location is ideal - close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, amazing restaurants and wine and cheese shops as well as fresh fruit stands. After a wonderful day of walking miles through Paris, the apartment was very comfortable for relaxing and reflecting on our day over some wine and cheese. And the beds were very comfortable! Money well spent for a fabulous vacation!”
