Great location - dated rooms

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, purely because of it’s location. The place is tired and dated. The stove in the room was older than me, furniture and fixtures are dated. Around the bathtub is so dated it is impossible to clean. Carpets in the common areas were threadbare. It’s not terrible but definitely would benefit from a refurbishment. On the plus side, the staff are friendly.

Convenient location in Chatswood

Comfortable enough and convenient. However, the charge for the Internet is right out of the early 2000s.

Great location and convenience

This hotel is right across from the Chatswood train station and a great shopping enter with many different kinds of businesses and stores. Very convenient location. The staff are friendly, the room is relatively spacious, and the facility are clean and quite complete - from the safe to ironing board to kitchen utensils. But the couch and armchairs are a bit old and worn out. Several of the pant hangers have broken clips. It would be nice too to have some small note pads and pen for writing. I booked this together with my air ticket on Expedia and got a free upgrade from a single room to this 1-bedroom suite for the same price. So, all in all, it was a good deal. I'd come back to this hotel again.

Just ok, room service, hotel Felicity can not use such as swimming pool and bar.

Helpful Reception Staff and good location

Reception staff provided practical advice on mobile SIM card purchase and sightseeing transport routing that made us saved money. Good location, only few minutes walk to train station.

Long weekend in Sydney

Pros: Location
Cons: Stopping the pre-authorised hold on funds on our bank account. Not charging for WiFi.
Good hotel for the price but charging extra for WiFi?! Come on! This is 2018!

Pros: Location to transport and eating and shopping experiences
Cons: The double bed mattress
Location: Chatswood. Close to Asian eating experiences
A short visit due to family breavement. Able to meet family from interstate.
