The hotel was clean and comfortable

Have stayed there three times. Each time it has been clean and comfortable. The breakfast was marginal but ok. The staff were friendly.

Loud noise next door

My stay was ok but if you go to bed early there is some sort of motorcycle course next door. The hotel seems understaffed Myroom was clean though and the bed was comfortable and the tv worked fine.

Looks nice from outside. Pool was dirty, We had to clean it ourself. room wasn't ready. We checked in two hours after check in time. The room they gave us was untouched by room service.

Just Renovated, Not Clean

I really just wanted a bed and a shower. Not picky, or expecting too much from a budget hotel. However, our room reeked when first entered. It seems this was due to the shower curtain growing substantial mold, and the the underside of the toilet bowl being filthy. The shower was freezing cold for two days. After altering hotel staff, they said they had been aware of the issue, but this was never communicated to us when we checked in. There are many other similar hotels in the area. Do your research, and avoid this one if you can.

Hotel in Chattanooga close to Lake Winnepesaukah

The room for the most part was clean, however, the housekeeper did not remove our dirty towels from behind the door where I left them, the coffee maker had an old filter left in it, and the room had ants where we had food. Overall just ok.

Nice hotel close to major interstates

The hotel is a great location for travelers who are new to the area. The hotel lacked cleanliness and there is a significant amount of maintenance necessary on the walls (dents and scratches), upkeep in the bathroom, and general housekeeping that could be improved. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.

I'd stay here again

My stay was comfortable and peaceful. My only critique is, my room was not cleaned nor my towels refreshed. I stayed 2 days and no one could offer an explanation for the oversight.
