Great hotel if you need to be close to the airport

Pros: Location& it was very comfortable
Cons: Nothing
Location: Just needed a place to stay for one night by the airport.
Room was really nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Out of the way and confusing to reach

Although check in availability was good, the hotel was subpar at best. The room was less than desirable. Carpets were torn and had an abundance of stains bathroom toilet wasn't very clean, there was a pillow case that was left on the floor, black marks on the wall. The room was old and dirty feeling.

Expedia screwed up our reservation

Our reservation got screwed up and expedia did not catch it. The hotel refused to give us a refund even though we were unable to stay there and they were not fully booked.

Nice simple hotel that smelled fabulous.

Nice hotel. Maids and bellhops etc were super nice. Decent sized indoor pool. Clean and plenty of towels and open till 12am. Killer yummy free cookies. Coffee hot chocolate or tea all day in lobby. Place smelled wonderful all the time. Elevator saved my back. I'd stay again!

Two stay in Chattanooga, mid February 2017

Cons: Everything
Location: The location was not nice at all although there was several restaurants near by
The first room they gave me was disgusting (Rm. 114), it smelled like smoke and they later admitted that someone lived in there for 6 months and they finally threw them out because they trashed the room. The second room had something spilled on the walls & carpet. The third room was better but the carpets were stained and dirty and the heat didn't work. Also, and you can hear train traffic all night long and I my son and I picked up a respiratory bug from the air conditioning system.

Nice, quiet and clean

The hotel was off the beaten path hard to find but it was very clean quiet, they also had a good breakfast

Mold and mildew in room

We love staying at Country Inns and Suites and actually seek them out as our first choice, so it pains us to give this one such a bad review. Our room was in desperate need of renovation and deep cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling and around the tub. Next to and underneath the sofa were candy wrappers and pieces. The carpet was badly stained.

I liked the hotel alot, only negative was old food was left in the fridge and it took awhile to get the smell out.
