DO NOT STAY HERE

Pros: nothing
Cons: have the place not under contruction
This hotel is under construction and the whole 1st floor is a construction zone! Avoid this place! This wouldn't even give us our money back so we were forced to stay.. .stranded with no where else to go

Messy renovations

We arrived at 10pm. Could not find the entrance due to massive renovation we did not know about. No signs. First floor a huge mess. Very little parking. I feel like we should have been warned about the state of this hotel before booking and should have been given a bargain price.

really dissapointing

Pros: nothing
Cons: they need to close the hotel until is finish
this hotel is underconstruction and in consequence is really dirty andnoteverything is working some areas are closed, i think they have to writea note this place is under construction.

Hotel is being renovated, but was really no big deal! Staff was nice. Pool was fine. Breakfast was good. Rooms are new. Would stay there again if in the area.

I understand they are under construction but the hallways were full of workmen and equipment it smelled of paint wallpaper adhesive the entry to the hotel was at side it had a huge pot hole the entryway was dirty again due to construction the room temp was either hot or cold no in between little hot water for showers the pool water was murky and WiFi was not working the rooms will look nice when completed I think they should have thought things thru the construction phase a little better for customers.

Not as advertised

Hotel was under construction. MAJOR construction. Hallways, lobby, elevator, and common areas were filthy, half-buried in construction debris. It felt like we'd wandered into a graveyard. If we'd have known the hotel was in such pitiful condition, we'd have stayed elsewhere. Definitely NOT worth the $150 we paid. We regretted everything about our stay.

Under renovation. No coffee in the morning

It would have been nice to have been advised this hotel is under renovation. I suffer from COPD and the smell of fresh paint about did me in. I went to open a window to air out the room and the screens were falling out, so unless I wanted bugs in the room, I had to keep them closed. The breakfast in the morning had no coffee and apparently the coffee maker had been inoperable for several days - hello - go purchase a mister coffee pot or something! I was less than happy with my experience.

Under Construction

This weekend was joke! When I booked the room there was nothing said about the hotel going to be under construction. Front desk told me that they have been trying to get the Country Inn to put it on the website but they "Don't care because this isn't their hotel anymore!" Turns out it is going to be a La Quinta. No breakfast lounge, only a few seats. No weight room. No main entrance, side entrances only. Vending machines out of order. Whole bottom floor out of commission being redone, construction work only being done between 7-7, except for Saturday night at 10! Evidently this Is when tile work needs to be done. All in all a terrible stay which I would have put as a 1 star but a couple of the staff were very nice trying to deal with the issues. Basically, just stay away until the work is done.

Remodeled hotel

Nearly all the rooms had been remodeled when I stayed. Exterior and exercise area still having work done. The hotel staff was very nice and upgraded me to a suite since the other open rooms were not upgraded. Room was very good, breakfast buffet included eggs (real ones), plenty of restaurants close by, and pretty easy to get to central Chattanooga. Would definitely stay here again.
