Don't let the good reviews fool you!!!!!!!

When we initially arrived the staff was fine. However, we payed for a nice clean room, and after returning from an exhausting day our room room was not cleaned. After politely calling the front desk and asking for some towels and washcloths for the following day the front desk said they would immediately send an employee up with more linens. We ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hours until I had to go down to the front desk and wait until the front desk employee gave me and my family enough towels for the rest of our stay. When I asked the employee why our room was not cleaned she didn't have any idea, and was not willing to find out why. We payed for housekeeping and the hotel did not offer to reimburse us for the trouble they caused us. Don't pay for a hotel that is not willing to accomodate its guests!

I am very sorry to hear that your room was not serviced during your stay. This is surprising to me and very unusual. We typically receive excellent reviews in regards to room cleanliness and service provided tour guests.
I will address this with our housekeeping team right away.
