Good location.

Good location. Walking distance to Acuarium and Museum. Lots go good restaurants. Was not easy to find main entrance since you leave your car in a parking building. There is no valet available so we had to walk to hotel with all the luggage. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel is right across the street from the aquarium which was so convenient. Everyone at the hotel was so nice! Rooms were very clean. I'll be back!

Nice hotel right across from aquarium

Cons: Free breakfast option or at least coffee in lobby
Stayed here for a wedding. Convenient downtown location right next to aquarium and electric trolley and great restaurants and shops.

Heart of everything

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The breakfast package isn't worth it, but overall a very solid hotel, clean and well updated.

The staff was great from check in to check out! Gave wonderful restaurant recommendations and the room has a great view of the river and the aquarium.

Great location to nearby attractions

Very close in walking distance with the aquarium & great restaurants. Would deff stay here again. The room was simple yet just enough. Bed & pillows were comfy. However our towel rack did fall off the fall in the middle of the night to give us a scare but other than that it was a great overall stay!

Don't let the good reviews fool you!!!!!!!

When we initially arrived the staff was fine. However, we payed for a nice clean room, and after returning from an exhausting day our room room was not cleaned. After politely calling the front desk and asking for some towels and washcloths for the following day the front desk said they would immediately send an employee up with more linens. We ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hours until I had to go down to the front desk and wait until the front desk employee gave me and my family enough towels for the rest of our stay. When I asked the employee why our room was not cleaned she didn't have any idea, and was not willing to find out why. We payed for housekeeping and the hotel did not offer to reimburse us for the trouble they caused us. Don't pay for a hotel that is not willing to accomodate its guests!
