This fabulous converted Masonic lodge was completely renovated by myself in 2010 into 5 lofts and put back to its 1910 splendor with the modern conveniences you expect! The crown jewel (and largest unit in the building) is right next door to the church on main...and walking distance to family-friendly activities, the best restaurants in town, nightlife, and free public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, 25' ceilings, spacious open floor plan, rooftop deck, urban winery, and exposed brick. Walking distance to everything on Main St and blocks from downtown.

Location is extremely convenient and the host is super accommodating to our fairly large crew and the place was spotless when we got there. Answered us immediately about any questions and had everything stocked. ( keeping feminine products available for the girls was a much respected consideration) over all a super smooth experience

Fun Easter Weekend Visit
The condo is awesome! My 17 year old came with us to meet our 19 year old college son in Chattanooga for a long Easter weekend. We had plenty of room in the condo and the beds were all very comfortable. I loved the high ceilings. I saw reviews that it was loud because of the fire station but it did not bother us as we expect that from an urban location. Speaking of the location.....it is amazing, I don't think you can get a more central location. I felt safe coming and going and walking around the area. The restaurants were all delicious....Alleia, Hello Monty, Stir, Neidlovs were delicious. State of Confusion was a bit rough but we would try it again, hopefully they were just having an off night. Super easy check in process and Robert (the host) was so helpful with suggestions and letting us delay our departure just a bit. We would absolutely stay there again!

Not a 3 bedroom!
This is a 2 bedroom apartment being sold as a 3 bedroom. By no definition could a pullout bed in the living room be considered a 3rd bedroom. We got stuck sharing a room with our baby, despite specifically booking a 3 bedroom apartment so the baby could have it's own room. If you are adults in need of a 2 bedroom, this is a nice unique place. Just consider that it has 20 foot ceilings so the walls do not extend to the ceiling and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Not ideal if you're travelling with young kids.

Awesome Space, Excellent Location
Robert’s loft was one of the most unique spaces I have stayed in. Multiple members of our group said it was their favorite VRBO they had stayed in. The loft was fantastic and was excellently stocked. When the weather cooperated the rooftop deck was a perfect place to hang out. This was a short guys trip, and the loft was perfectly located to tour the breweries and distillery, without cranking a vehicle. We also were able to walk to all the sites in downtown and were convenient to get to Lookout Mountain. This is the place to stay in Chattanooga!
