slowest check in ever

the office technically closes at 11pm so Hotels.com had to call them to open so I could check I'm then the night clerk couldn't figure out the pushy like payment or key card​ systems.

Everything was clean. For the price I can't complain. Glad we brought a box fan to drown out the noise from the interstate. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Horrible

My stay was horrible! I woke up with bed bug bites all on my body I informed the people on my stay and they told me I couldn't get a refund or a free night ! I will never stay there again.

Would never stay again

Service was the worst. Staff was rude. Had to call front desk every week to have room cleaned.

Smoke

Pros: rooms were clean
Cons: no smoking right outside of rooms or in stairways where non-smokers have to pass
Hallways and stairwells all smelled of smoke and cigarette butts all over

HOTEL OKAY, BUT MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL

The manager at this hotel is very unprofessional. I have booked here several times over the years (more than 30 times -- usually a 4 to 5 day stay per booking). Their system is down alot. The construction is intrusive at times. People enter the room in the middle of the night (or attempt to). Phone not working. Microwave not working. Mostly the problems are attributed to staff, not facility.
