Nice hotel. Clean. I don’t complain or leave reviews much. But I was not happy that I paid for a King suite that said it slept 5 people for 1 night. My husband and I have a 7 year old and 6 month old. When I came to check in the older woman basically told me it wasn’t cleaned yet and that she had to change my room. Then she questioned me about my sleeping arrangements for my children (like it was any of her business) and I said the suite said it had a couch she could sleep on. She said no. (The pictures show a couch) and told me she was going to give me a room with two queen beds. And didn’t let me get another king room. But I’m still charged for a king room. If I paid for my room it should be cleaned when I get here at check in and not basically telling me I can not go sleep with my 6 month old. So now I’m stuck in a queen bed with my baby and husband while my daughter gets a whole bed to herself. Not happy.
