We had a nice time. The hotel is conveniently close to the Aquarium and other attractions. The only thing I think was a bit too much money was the breakfast charge.

Decent

Posted Mar 20, 2017
While the hotel was very convenient and in walking distance to everything, I was disappointed with the room. Our room ended up being adjoined to the neighbors room which allowed us to hear every little noise they made and all of their conversations. This probably wouldn't have bothered me so much had we not had our 1 year old with us. Then, around 9pm when our daughter was asleep a staff member came knocking on the door asking if we called for towels (which we hadn't) waking up our child. Not sure why they knocked so loudly considering we had the do not disturb sign on the door. This hotel was in a good area and we felt safe waking to get food etc. but overall disappointed considering the cost

Horrible Parking Availability

Posted Feb 13, 2017
The hotel is situated right next to a kids museum and the parking lot is full during the day. You can't come and go during the day because you don't know if you will have a parking place. You also have to pay 8 dollars a day to park, even though you are a hotel guest. The parking lot sign says only hotel guests after 6pm, and that isn't working either.

dont bother..

We booked a room for 3 kids and 2 adults to find out it only held 4 people. They brought us a cot since it was not our fault but informed us it was breaking fire code regulations. Next we went to swim and there was grey slime around the ring of the hot tub. My daughter actually found the slime on my back from leaning back on the side of the hot tub. The pool was the same. The breakfast is $10.50 and not good at all. Go to a local place and skip the breakfast here. We paid $200 for one night and wish we would have tried one of the cheaper places. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because the employees were very nice.
