The hotel was nice enough. Not overly fancy. The gym area is a joke and the continental breakfast wasn’t great the first morning. Everything was empty (food, napkins, utensils, creamer) had to wait 20 mins before anyone started refilling things. Not much seating so guests were having to stand to eat. The tv in our room was messed up. The picture was coming in blue and distorted.

New..no bad smells. The mattress and pillows...perfect!! Finally a hotel with Keurig single serves...perfect! Shower with all the Dove products made me smell delicious!! Breakfast ok...the coffee Great! HBO kept me up til midnight, but the spring birdies sang loud songs very early right outside our window...love them anyway😉👍

Very convenient location. Nice breakfast, with excellent cinnamon rolls. Staff members were pleasant. But the toilet ran at random intervals. And there were some ants in the room - very upsetting. When I reported this to the night person at the desk, he said he would tell the manager, who would follow up. But that never happened. It was not a lot of ants. But even a few is too many.

The room was dirty especially the floors! Hair etc in the bathroom floor and you could tell the carpet wasn’t vacuumed! The shower had a constant drip! The staff seemed confused, even gave a guy the key to a room that was occupied already!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Could have stayed somewhere much nicer for less but chose this place due to having an indoor pool. It is filthy.

I'm big on customer service and every employee that we encountered welcomed us with a warm smile and they were very helpful in assisting us with places to eat. The hotel area is nice and clean; a very welcoming atmosphere. My 9 year old loved the heated pool and gym. Our suite was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I wouldn't recommend
Checked it and that process took over 20 minutes. Once we got our room and settled in for the night we found out the shade didn't go down and our room was facing the parking lot so the whole room was literally up. The AC was broken. Got a new room at 1:30am. Once in that room the AC broke twice. We never got room service had to keep asking for new towels and we stayed for four nights. The pool was supposed to be heated but not everyday was it heated.
