"the staff was very friendly. The rooms have recently been updated & were clean. The hotel is just a mile or so from food & shopping but still very convenient."

"My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we had the best time. I actually booked the wrong dates and realized a day before we were supposed to arrive. I was in a panic, but Dallas with The Read House went above and beyond to ensure that the dates were covered and we had a room. He even ensured that our prices matched the Expedia rates. He didn’t have to do that, and it meant so much that he did. We had a fabulous time. The only complaint was that the bathroom in our room wasn’t quite as clean as it could have been. But overall it was absolutely fantastic and we would definitely stay again!"

"We were very pleased with District 3 Hotel. Close to downtown, large parking lot, was in excellent condition - like a new building. We plan to stay there again on our next trip. Full Breakfast was a plus. Felt like it was a really good value. G and A from NC "

"staff was courteous and professional. The indoor pool was nice as was the breakfast. only issue was that the dog boxes outside seemed to need more attention. Secondly we wished there were more restaurants in walking distance since you have to pay to park pretty well everywhere in Chattanooga."
